★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay estacionamiento, 1 cajero 1 asesor financiero, 1 gerenta que no te puede atender y 30 gentes esperando a que poooorfavor nos atendian, y como en la mayoría de todos los scotiabank una porquería.
There is no parking, 1 cashier, 1 financial advisor, 1 manager who cannot assist you and 30 people waiting for you to please help us, and as in most scotiabanks, a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ejecutiva que parecía la gerente de sucursal, con mucha flojera y actitud altanera ya no quiso abrirme una cuenta que porque ya no le daba tiempo, eran 1. 30pm de un día entre semana, además de que me informó mal porque me negó que hubiese un producto básico acorde a mis necesidades, más bien no quería, luego le dijo a uno de sus compañeros ¿no abres una cuenta? Tampoco tuvo tiempo, en cambio en Sucursal Mejorada me atendieron bien y por supuesto que si había tarjeta que se adaptara a lo que buscaba ? ¡Flojos! Un cursito de servicio al cliente no les vendría mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio por parte de la Gerente de la sucursal. Me resolvió en media hora lo que en Cancún no pudieron en 3 visitas al banco. Servicio muy ágil y puntual.
Excellent attention and service by the Branch Manager. He solved for me in half an hour what in Cancun they couldn't in 3 visits to the bank. Very agile and punctual service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note for tourists: do NOT get money out of the ATMs here. They charge a $100 commission and they give a poor exchange rate: 9% less than the going rate. Use another bank, I recommend santander.
