★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco. Nunca hay ejecutivos, la sucursal no tiene sistema de turnos, se les cae el sistema a cada rato y abren cuando se les hincha un huevo.
Disgusting There are never executives, the branch has no shift system, they drop the system every so often and open when an egg swells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todos los diferentes bancos que hay en México, siempre Scotiabank tiene la peor calidad de atención, en cualquier sucursal. Este lugar es amplio, pero no tiene sillones ni sistema de turnos; esperas atención parado como a la antigua. Tardan demasiado en atender en ventanilla, entonces prepárate para estar un buen rato de pie. De 7 ventanillas que tienen, siempre funcionan 2; la atención es MUY lenta y siempre me han atendido malencarados. No hay nadie que los esté optimizando como en Banamex, todo se percibe ineficiente, lento y cansado.
Of all the different banks in Mexico, Scotiabank always has the worst quality of service, in any branch. This place is spacious, but it does not have armchairs or shift system; you expect attention stopped like the old way. They take too long to attend the window, so prepare to be on your feet for a long time. Of 7 windows they have, 2 always work; the attention is VERY slow and they have always treated me badly. There is no one who is optimizing them as in Banamex, everything is perceived as inefficient, slow and tiring.

Casi 5 horas para hacer un envío de dinero, me hicieron dar mil vueltas solo por una palabra, cada vez que venía a ventanilla era un documento nuevo, me regresaron 3 veces, pensaran que no trabajo.
Lastima que es mi única opción para realizar mis pagos, en cuanto termine jamás vuelvo a esta sucursal, la cajera es PÉSIMA ATENDIENDO, haciéndote esperar demasiado, parece que lo hacen a propósito.
Y el sistema del banco ni se diga, PÉSIMO BANCO, PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMA CAJERA, PÉSIMO LUGAR.
Damn, I hate them!!!!
Almost 5 hours to send money, they made me go around a thousand times just for one word, every time I came to the window it was a new document, they returned me 3 times, they thought I didn't work.
Too bad it's my only option to make my payments, as soon as I finish I never go back to this branch, the cashier is AWFUL AT ATTENDING, making you wait too long, it seems they do it on purpose.
And the bank system, not to mention, AWFUL BANK, AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL CASHIER, AWFUL PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this bank. I walked in to this bank to inquire about opening a savings account. I was told what documents I needed to open such an account. I returned the following day with the required documents just to tell that they could NOT open an account with them. Such a lousy or lazy bunch of people.
