Las cajeras son súper déspotas y groseras, he ido varias veces y fatal...tacha a esta sucursal por eso, volveré a la de paseo de los leones y Moisés saenz...

Me dijeron que no podía abrir una cuenta porque soy extranjero. Tengo mi tarjeta de residente temporal y en línea dice que debería poder abrirla. La mujer me dijo "oh, el sistema nunca me deja" Pésimo servicio.
They told me that I could not open an account because I am a foreigner. I have my temporary green card and online says I should be able to open it. The woman said "oh, the system never leaves me" Lousy service.

La cajera y su maquinita cuenta billetes que se atasco como 6 veces pierden billetes listos y no pierdan de vista su dinero porque no les ganas a las ratas. Y al pasguato que las supervisa se hace pendejo y se va a otro cubículo.

La única diferencia con otros bancos.- Es que tienen muy buen servicio ademas de que se encuentra en un lugar estrategico para mi. en estos momentos estoy fuera de Monterrey sufriendo los estragos de la pandemia pero SI ESTA MUY BIEN EL SERVICIO ¡¡ Si hubiesen mas estrellas las seleccionaria todas.

El personal no está bien calificado. Residí en otra ciudad temporalmente y mi tarjeta se venció. En la otra ciudad pude sacar dinero en ventanilla con mi credencial de elector sin problema. En esta sucursal no me dejaban retirar dinero en ventanilla porque mi tarjeta estaba vencida, que tenía que retirar en cajero. Expliqué que no podía retirar en cajero porque mi tarjeta estaba vencida y por eso acudía a ventanilla y ya lo había hecho en otras sucursales, pero seguían insistiendo que debía retirar en cajero porque en ventanilla el sistema no les permitía. En ocasiones anteriores no permitieron a mi hermano (quien es cotitular de la cuenta) retirar dinero, que el cotitular no puede hacer eso,entonces para que permiten un cotitular si no puede hacer nada ? El personal debería estar mejor calificado y conocer lo que se puede o no hacer y si no saben, preguntar.
The staff is not well qualified. I resided in another city temporarily and my card expired. In the other city, I was able to get money at the window with my voter registration card without any problem. In this branch they did not let me withdraw money at the window because my card was expired, which I had to withdraw at the ATM. I explained that I could not withdraw at the ATM because my card had expired and that is why I went to the teller and had already done so at other branches, but they kept insisting that I should withdraw at the teller because the system did not allow them. On previous occasions they did not allow my brother (who is co-owner of the account) to withdraw money, the co-owner cannot do that, so why allow a co-owner if he can not do anything? Staff should be better qualified and know what can and cannot be done and if they don't know, ask.

A mi me atendieron bien y rápido. Depende igual del ejecutivo que te toque. La ejecutiva fue rápida y amable. En otras ocasiones, me pasó que sólo estaba yo y los demás sólo estaban platicando sobre sus tonterías.

pesimo servicio...no te dan una solucion para una carta impresa...te mandan a la pagina que no carga...banco que de preferencia no confiarle tu dinero
lousy service... they don't give you a solution for a printed letter... they send you to the page that doesn't load... a bank that preferably doesn't trust you with your money

Atienden con mala actitud y no quieren tramitar las tarjetas de débito scoriaCool para kids, esperamos a ser atendidos 1hora y media de pié ya que solo cuentan con 2 sillas, llevabamos toda la documentación que se necesita mi esposo y yo, y cuando nos tocó nuestro turno nos dijeron que esa sucursal no dá ese servicio, le expliqué que en la sucursal de galerías nos dijeron todas las sucursales donde podíamos tramitarla y la de ellos estana incluída, y ya en tono molesto nos dijo que no, y hablandonos con tono molesto y altanero nos sacó de su oficina y pasó al siguiente cliente.
