@ScotiabankMX has a terrible customer service in general, but the Condesa branch has only one account executive to serve all the people who come, which gives an average waiting time of 45 minutes to an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he estado muy satisfecho con mi cuenta de Scotiabank en general, pero al menos en este sucursal la atención al cliente era buena.
Actualización: después de varios problemas, decidimos cerrar nuestra cuenta. Ya va la segunda vez que intentemos y siempre hay una nueva excusa. Hoy es que desaparecieron todos los ejecutivos, hay una cola de gente esperando y no están atendiendo a nadie desde hace una hora. Cuidado! Este sucursal toma tu dinero y ya no te lo regresa.
I have not been very satisfied with my Scotiabank account in general, but at least in this branch the customer service was good.
Update: after several problems, we decided to close our account. It's already the second time we try and there's always a new excuse. Today is that all the executives disappeared, there is a line of people waiting and they are not attending to anyone for an hour. Watch out! This branch takes your money and does not return it to you.

Tuve que ir a la sucursal por que su aplicación no sirve y salió peor por el poco criterio de la mujer que se encontraba en caja, ella era de cabello largo negro de peso mediano y era la única en caja en sucursal condesa (Av. Nuevo León)
The people at the window have very little lack of common sense, they were very rude and unfriendly to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio en un banco, en lugar de dar servicio está prepotentes el gerente y los ejecutivos. Te quieren cobrar a fuerza un servicio de seguro de vida cundo tu vas únicamente en abrir una cuenta bancaria. Un actitud inaceptable para una persona de este posición.
Worst service in a bank, instead of giving service the manager and the executives are arrogant. They want to charge you by force for a life insurance service when you are only going to open a bank account. An unacceptable attitude for a person in this position.
