Pésima sucursal.
Terrible service, they ignore you, they take a long time from being attended at the cash desk as with a representative or executive.
Terrible branch.

Terrible service, I could never get a checking account, the manager never showed up, there are no other options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo creo que el banco es bueno, sin embargo en esa sucursal lo que vi y experimente fue una atención muy deficiente. Entre los ejecutivos mucha conversación, mientras que la sala pueda estar llena de personas en espera. Ojalá eso mejore y de manera considerable
I think the bank is good, however in that branch what I saw and experienced was very poor service. Between the executives a lot of conversation, while the room can be full of people waiting. Hopefully that improves and considerably

Quiet branch, nothing that is not expected from any attention in the banks, there are days where it takes and others where the procedure is fast.
