Y te pasan de asesor en asesor
No te dan i formación completa y siempre te mandan a resolver por teléfono cualquiera que sea tu inconveniente

They don't serve you fast
And they pass you from advisor to advisor
They do not give you complete training and they always send you to solve by phone whatever your problem is.

They should update the hours shown here, since the bank opens until 10:00 a.m. and here they mention that it opens at 08:30 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal. Fui víctima de un asalto hace 3 meses por lo que tuve que reponer mi tarjeta de crédito. Resulta que en esta sucursal no me quieren entregar la reposición de mi tarjeta porque no cuento con INE la cuál pedo en el alto y actualmente no hay citas. Presenté cédula, licencia de conducir y cartilla militar y ni así me la quisieron entregar. Hasta me dijeron que mejor la cancele vía telefónica.
Very bad. I was the victim of an assault 3 months ago so I had to replace my credit card. It turns out that in this branch they do not want to give me the replacement of my card because I do not have INE which I fart on the top and currently there are no appointments. I presented ID, driver's license and military card and they didn't even want to give it to me. They even told me I'd better cancel it by phone.
