★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto de la gerente como de la mujer que esta en el cubículo de frente, solo necesitaba mi número de cuenta, y según está,estaba en apertura de un contrato y se iba a tardar 2 horas, se supone que están para dar soluciones no para añadir inconvenientes a tus solicitudes.
Terrible service from both the manager and the woman who is in the front cubicle, I just needed my account number, and as it is, I was opening a contract and it was going to take 2 hours, they are supposed to provide solutions not to add inconvenience to your requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan tener a una persona capaz de resolver simples dudas al acceso. Por qué se quedan en la fila, se pierde mucho tiempo, su operativa se alenta y todo para que llegando te digan no.
Esto es por ustedes y se que esto es una cadena, aquí la persona que le falta saber controlar es su gerencia.
They need to have a person capable of solving simple questions about access. Why do they stay in line, a lot of time is wasted, their operations slow down and everything so that when they arrive they say no to you.
This is for you and I know that this is a chain, here the person who needs to know how to control is his management.
