★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen banco... atención del personal muy atenta y te ayudan en todo.... hay un grande estacionamiento y fácil acceso al banco y tienen para personas discapacitadas... nunca está lleno o con filas en espera....igual en los cajeros... yo no tengo nada malo que decir a este banco...gracias.
Very good bank ... attention of the staff very attentive and help you in everything ... there is a large parking lot and easy access to the bank and they have for people with disabilities ... it is never full or with waiting lines .... At ATMs ... I have nothing bad to say to this bank ... thank you.

Y esta súper limpio - me atendió muy bien y bien explicación toda sus información o duda, ellos te explicará bien, gracias banco Scotiabank!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO VENGAN...ES LENTÍSIMO.....VES 5 O 6 CLIENTES, PERO TARDAN MÁS DE 10 MINUTOS POR CLIENTE. Y SOLO TIENEN 2 CAJAS ABIERTAS, QUE UNA ES PARA CLIENTES PREFERENCIALES.... ASÍ WUE SÓLO HAY UNA CAJA. ADEMÁS, EL CAJERO NO SIRVE PARA DEPÓSITOS....LO PEOR QUE HE VISTO EN AÑOS AQUÍ EN MAZATLÁN
DON'T COME... IT'S VERY SLOW..... YOU SEE 5 OR 6 CUSTOMERS, BUT IT TAKES MORE THAN 10 MINUTES PER CUSTOMER. AND THEY ONLY HAVE 2 OPEN BOXES, ONE IS FOR PREFERRED CUSTOMERS...SO WUE THERE IS ONLY ONE BOX. ALSO, THE ATM DOESN'T WORK FOR DEPOSITS.... THE WORST THING I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS HERE IN MAZATLAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were "0 stars" I'd choose that rating instead. Please set aside an entire day to do any business, big or small with this bank. Out of 5 cashiers, you are lucky to see maybe 3, its usually 2. Out of 3 executives, maybe 1 is working while the 2nd has no "system". Zero customer service. Zero knowledge among the "executives", and just a nightmare in general to get any basic thing done.
