I give it a star because to be able to change a bill they make you train and if you don't have an account at that bank they won't change it even if it's a Mexican bill ?

Looks like social security. They make you wait a long time and nobody cares about customer service. There are executives who arrive at 10:20 and arrive with the tupperware for breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que recibo un trato tan cordial y amable en un banco. Temía lo peor al entrar porque no conocía este banco y que no había nadie para orientarme. Pero después de unos minutos salió una ejecutiva pidiéndome disculpas porque se iba a tardar un poco con el cliente anterior. Finalmente no se demoró tanto y todo fluyo.
Reinaba en esta sucursal una muy buena vibra que nunca percibí en otro banco. Realmente me quedé muy asombrado por el excelente trato de la ejecutiva (Perla) ya que en general los establecimientos bancarios me habían acostumbrado a una atención muy fría y hasta despectiva.
It is the first time that I have received such cordial and friendly treatment in a bank. I feared the worst when I entered because I did not know this bank and there was no one to guide me. But after a few minutes an executive came out, apologizing to me because it was going to take a while with the previous client. Finally it did not take that long and everything flowed.
There was a very good vibe in this branch that I never perceived in another bank. I was really amazed by the excellent treatment of the executive (Perla) since in general the banking establishments had accustomed me to a very cold and even contemptuous attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atm works fine here. This bank has atm's that have an English option and allow for larger withdrawals. This is helpful if you travel so you don't keep paying fees each time.
