★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio a clientes, primero sin contactar al cliente cuando se comprometen a hacerlo, segundo es imposible que contesten una llamada a la sucursal, y tercero, la informacion proporcionada a los clientes no solo es incompleta, sino que incorrecta. Tuve que realizar visita a otra sucursal, donde finalmente pudieron proporcionarme la informacion correcta y completa, con un mucho mejor trato del personal.
Lousy customer service, first without contacting the customer when they promise to do so, second it is impossible for them to answer a call to the branch, and third, the information provided to customers is not only incomplete, but also incorrect. I had to visit another branch, where they were finally able to provide me with the correct and complete information, with a much better treatment from the staff.
