Pésimo banco había leído malos comentarios pero es poco lo que pudieron decir, pésimo su personal, lento, 2 ejecutivos y uno salió a comer casi hora y media y la otra se tardó el mismo tiempo atendiendo a un solo cliente que terrible de verdad el peor banco que puede haber
Lousy bank had read bad comments but there is little they could say, lousy staff, slow, 2 executives and one went out to eat almost an hour and a half and the other took the same time serving a single customer who was truly terrible the worst bank there may be

Pesimo servicio de atencion a clientes, los empleados son lentos, poco eficientes y salen a comer casi 2hrs en horario de trabajo. Deberian supervisar mejor a su personal.
Very poor customer service, employees are slow, inefficient and go out to eat almost 2 hours during work hours. They should better supervise their staff.

Una porquería la atención al cliente! Los ejecutivos solo se la pasan haciendo tiempo para cumplir sus horarios. Tardan mas de 2 horas en atender un turno.. un Ascó!!!!

Está sucursal se encuentra rebasada. El día 28 de diciembre hice 1hora con 25 minutos para ser atendido por un ejecutivo. Solo hay dos quienes en ese tiempo solo pudieron atender a dos clientes. Uno de nombre William que hizo (tiempo cronometrado) una hora con diez minutos en un trámite.. Las personas se retiraron porque se desesperaron y no aguantaron más. Lanotra ejecutiva solo tomó sus cosas cerró su oficina y se fue. En la sucursal solo hay una impresora para todo el banco. Esto hace que el ejecutivo tenga que salir a cada rato por sus papeles o esperar a que su compañero termine los suyos lo que ocasiona que se atrase el servicio. Además, su gerente, César, atendió a otras personas que llegaron posteriormente a la fila. Muy mal servicio. 20 años con Scotiabank y fue la peor vez en la que fui atendido. Muy mal. No tienen estándares mínimos de atención. No sé comparan con su banco matriz en Canadá. Han abaratado tanto el servicio que ni para una impresora tienen. Por lo general solo hay un cajer@ a lo máximo dos. Lo mejor es que vayan a la sucursal de Jardines de Mérida, donde son un poco más amables o a la de Paseo de Montejo. Pero si quieren hacerse viejos y perder el tiempo esta sucursal les espera. Luego de 20 años es mejor decir adiós Scotiabank.

Si pudiera les doy 0 estrellas. Pésima atención a clientes por Margarita Campos después de que el banco sin consentimiento cambia el tipo de cuenta y cobra manejo de cuenta.

Tarde una hora esperando turno, dos esjecutivos; y solo uno ateniende, la otra ejecutiva literalmente salia a cambiar dinero, a mandar a comprar fruta y para cuando me toco turno yo me tenia que ir. Tuvieron la desfachatez de decirme "no te recomiendo venir a a la hora de la comida, porque solo un ejecutivo atiende"; no entendendí la diferencia.
It takes an hour waiting for a turn, two executives; and only one attends, the other executive literally went out to change money, to send to buy fruit and by the time it was my turn I had to leave. They had the audacity to tell me "I don't recommend you come at lunchtime, because only one executive attends"; I didn't understand the difference.

Withdrawal limit that was half of other branches. One teller working who was talking with a friend. I have a lot of money deposited, but they don’t seem to care at this branch.
