★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen banco, buena atención, me predispuse por los demás comentarios, pero la atención fue muy buena, fui a cancelar una tarjeta y la chica me explicó bien el proceso y el tiempo que tomaría,empezó el trámite ya que mi cuenta era de otra sucursal, y requieren autorización,me retire del lugar regrese a las 2 horas y efectuó la cancelación en menos de 20 minutos. Me agrado las instalaciones limpias, y no es lleno el banco en días de No quincena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le pondría cero en la atención, hoy fui para abrir una cuenta a las 1:40 pm y no me atendieron sino una hora posterior, un asesor de nombre Amado, y aunque no le correspondía "me hizo el favor" ya que había protestado, tardó otra hora y sólo rectificó mi perfil, después de dos horas no pude abrir una cuenta¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡. No es posible, sólo era abrir una cuenta¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡.
Me hicieron perder dos horas y no me pudieron dar atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a esa sucursal, me tuvieron 3 horas y no me resolvieron nada, era un asunto relacionado con crédito hipotecario, el chico q atiende es incompetente al igual q todos los q trabajan ahí, fui a la sucursal Álamos y nada q ver con los de la glorieta de Etiopía me resolvieron en 15 minutos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal de banco que he ido en mi vida. Tuve que ir 4 veces diferentes para activar un contrato de nomina, cada vez que fui se tardaron 1:30 (hora y media) en atenderme. Finalmente cuando me entregaron la tarjeta, se equivocaron y me dieron la tarjeta de otra persona, por lo que tuve que regresar. Si buscas "incompetencia" en el diccionario, aparece una foto grupal de los asesores de este banco.
It is the worst bank branch I have ever been to in my life. I had to go 4 different times to activate a payroll contract, each time I went it took 1:30 (an hour and a half) to attend to me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos siempre atienden y no he tenido problemas con el personal, aunque cada vez tengo que ir porque de alguna forma y sin haber usado las tarjetas cada vez las clonan y compran por internet... En ningun otro banco me había pasado.
