De hecho estoy preparando una queja ante la condusef, pues no me entregaron mi dinero que solicité y ninguna cantidad argumentando que tenía que dejar 24 hrs de la transferencia del banco de México a mi cuenta, sin embargo el depósito estaba hecho desde las 8:00 am aparte de dejarme sentando esperando más de 45 minutos en plena contingencia y siendo yo adulto mayor Son increíblemente irrespetuosos
Terrible service from branch staff except the receptionist. In fact I am preparing a complaint with the condusef, because they did not deliver my money that I requested and no amount arguing that I had to leave 24 hours of the transfer from the bank of Mexico to my account, however the deposit was made from 8:00 am apart from sitting around waiting more than 45 minutes in full contingency and being an older adult They are incredibly disrespectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay cajeros suficientes en el área de Tlalnepantla, los q hay están en las sucursales, quitaron el q estaba dentro de plaza satélite, Comercial Mexicana y plazas comerciales, ahora ir a las sucursales cuando ya están cerradas representa un GRAN PELIGRO.
There are not enough ATMs in the Tlalnepantla area, the ones there are in the branches, they removed the one that was inside the satellite plaza, Comercial Mexicana and shopping malls, now going to the branches when they are already closed represents a GREAT DANGER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si existe, está en un pasillo que da al estacionamiento, es pequeño, solo hay un cajero y como todos sus cajeros ATM de Scotiabank solo puedes retirar y no hacer depósitos
