Ni siquiera me dan el nombre y contacto del gerente o algún contacto para poder poner mi queja. Llevo más de un mes tratando de abrir una cuenta (me dijeron que tardaban 10 días) y tampoco logro retirar mis papeles para hacerlo en otro banco. Nunca contestan el teléfono ni los mails. Un verdadero desastre la atención al cliente.
ABSTÉNGASE de ir a esta sucursal.
Estos son los nombres de las personas que me han "atendido" - La señora Sharon Álvarez, que no contesta y cuando por milagro logro hablar con ella, me da largas. Y el señor Miguel que no me quiso dar su apellido y me dijo que no se podía contactar de ninguna forma con el gerente. Se cubren las espaldas entre ellos.
I have never received SO BAD service as at this branch.
They do not even give me the name and contact of the manager or any contact to be able to make my complaint. I've been trying to open an account for more than a month (they told me it took 10 days) and I can't get my papers to do it at another bank either. They never answer the phone or emails. A real customer service disaster.
