★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 minutos de espera, sólo dos personas en la fila y dos cajeros, uno sacando cuentas a las 10 am, ni siquiera era hora de corte, dos personas más tras bambalinas que bien pudieran ser cajeras, por eso se está quedando muy atrás éste banco, pésimo servicio...
 15 minutes of waiting, only two people in line and two tellers, one drawing accounts at 10 am, it was not even cut-off time, two more people behind the scenes who could well be tellers, that's why this bank is lagging far behind , terrible service...
