★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en cajas es bastante fluido pero en la atención con ejecutivos hay que esperar largas horas y nadie lleva el control de llegadas ni atención al cliente.
The service in boxes is quite fluid but in the attention with executives you have to wait long hours and nobody takes control of arrivals or customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberia haber horario en sabado, corresponsales y mas cajeros, a veces es lento pero no saturado como bbva santa o citi scotia actualmente mejoro mucho
There should be hours on Saturdays, correspondents and more ATMs, sometimes it is slow but not saturated like BBVA Santa or Citi Scotia, currently it improved a lot
