★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merece que le ponga ninguna estrella, pésimo servicio, tiempo de espera para q atiendan 3 horas y al final no resuelvan nada, hacen cobros indebidos haces la aclaración y solo se lavan las manos.
It does not deserve to be given any stars, terrible service, waiting time for 3 hours to attend and in the end they do not solve anything, they make undue charges, you make the clarification and they only wash their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención y las veces que e necesitado de esta sucursal el servicio fue bastante rápido, normalmente no hay mucha gente!. Esta sucursal cuenta con estacionamiento en la parte de atrás!
Good attention and the times that I needed this branch the service was quite fast, usually there are not many people !. This branch has parking in the back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos nunca funcionan, por las mañanas siempre estás fuera de servicio y durante la tarde-noche solamente funciona un cajero de dos disponible.
ATMs never work, in the mornings you are always out of service and during the afternoon-night only one ATM works out of two available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepárate con un tu lonche y mucha paciencia que MÍNIMO vas a perder 2 horas de tu vida si vienes con un asesor. Nadie te apoya en la entrada, no hay policía de seguridad, los asesores son lentos y muy pocos para atender a la gente.
Y no dejo de lado la pandemia donde el espacio no permite la sana distancia.
Pésimo servicio.
Prepare yourself with a lunch and a lot of patience that you will lose AT LEAST 2 hours of your life if you come with an advisor. Nobody supports you at the entrance, there are no security police, the advisers are slow and very few to attend to people.
And I do not put aside the pandemic where space does not allow healthy distance.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hay sistema, los cajeros son pésimos, mala actitud para los clientes, nos han tenido horas formados en la calle esperando un sistema que nunca llegó. No vayan a esa sucursal con o sin Pandemia el trato y servicio, el peor de todos los bancos no solo de México del mundo.
There is never a system, the cashiers are lousy, a bad attitude towards customers, they have had us lined up on the street for hours waiting for a system that never arrived. Do not go to that branch with or without Pandemic treatment and service, the worst of all banks not only in Mexico in the world.
