★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de la Gerente, fui por una reposición de tarjeta y justo al llegar 3:40 pm) me intercepta y me dice que cuando la solicité, le comenté que me llegó un sms diciendo que ya estaba lista para recolección, ella me dice que no está SIN VERIFICAR EN SISTEMA y que vuelva la siguiente semana, hoy fui y me quiso decir lo mismo y le dije que fui la semana pasada, y me da seguimiento, me pide INE, y hace el trámite y no se da cuenta del tipo de tarjeta que manejo, me hace perder 30.min para darse cuenta que la que yo pedí ya estaba en el área de cajas
