★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a 5 diferentes bancos (de varios no solamente este) y en todos lados es lo mismo... Se supone que una SIMPLE CUENTA DE DEBITO todo mundo tiene... Pero es bien difícil tramitarla.
I have gone to 5 different banks (of several not only this) and everywhere it is the same ... It is assumed that a SIMPLE DEBIT COUNT everyone has ... But it is very difficult to process it.

Terrible service I've been here for more than 40 minutes waiting for an executive, there are two unemployed and one serving someone else... just as terrible as the telephone service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué 2:50 pm, entré, me formé y al final me dijeron que no había sistema. Como que ya les urgía irse. Vi a varios echando el chal.
Poco más de un año después... Regresando por un trámite (si no ni asistía por la pésima calidad en servicio) y con la novedad de que los ejecutivos están en hora de comida (todos al mismo tiempo) y que no hay quien atienda en los servicios de atención directa. Muy mal.
I arrived at 2:50 pm, I went in, I lined up and in the end they told me that there was no system. As if it was urgent for them to leave. I saw several throwing the shawl.
Little more than a year later... Returning for a procedure (if not, I wouldn't even attend due to the poor quality of service) and with the novelty that the executives are at lunchtime (all at the same time) and that there is no one attending in direct care services. Very bad.
