★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco siempre está limpio, te ofrecen unas instalaciones cómodas para esperar a ser atendido, aunque el sol este en su punto máximo, entras al banco y se te olvida, eso me gusta, la atención es buena de los ejecutivos pero los cajeros son muy tardados, deberían de ser más eficaces en ese aspecto.
This bank is always clean, they offer you comfortable facilities to wait to be attended, although the sun is at its peak, you enter the bank and you forget, I like that, the attention is good of the executives but the cashiers are very taken, they should be more effective in that regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos bancarios muy bien, pero no comprendo porque en cualquier sucursal aunque haya 1 persona en la fila tardan tanto en atender, o tienen pésimo sistema o tienen gente muy lenta
The banking products are very good, but I do not understand why in any branch, even if there is 1 person in line, they take so long to attend, or they have a terrible system or they have very slow people
