★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento el servicio los sábados y hasta parece que no les pagan por estar ahí. Es conveniente llegar temprano y traer algo para leer o entretenerse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores sucursales que conozco. Siempre hay déficit de cajeros, filas enormes y el personal administrativo super mal capacitado. Para acabar el A/C no funciona. Maldita la hora que inicie negocios con Scotiabank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de atencion a clientes. 2 semanas para un tramite y resulta que nisiquiera habian capturado la solicitud en el sistema. El tramite fue solicitado a la gerente de la sucursal. Pongan personal mas eficiente.
Terrible customer service. 2 weeks for a process and it turns out that they had not even captured the request in the system. The process was requested from the branch manager. Put more efficient staff.

No hay forma de poder comunicarse a la sucursal , llevo 7 visitas y aún no me resuelven nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la unica vez que fui a este banco fue para solicitar una tarjeta de credito. hice el tramite llene, solicitud y demas.
pasaron 15 dias y cuando voy a pedir informes del status de mi tramite me dicen que la persona que me atendio habia dejado de laborar y no tenian conocimiento de los asuntos que tenia esta persona
por esta experiencia, desisti de volver a hacer mi solicitud porque no me agrado el servicio que me dieron y me hace pensar cuando necesite aclaraciones con este banco asi de facil se van a deslindar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de Scotiabank de las que me ha tocado. Después de hacer 3 horas de fila me indican que el trámite no lo pueden hacer en esta sucursal. Solicito hablar con el gerente y este fuera de proveer soluciones maneja un trato más hostil. Lástima que Scotiabank haya rebajado tanto en calidad, un cliente menos. Además la infraestructura oxidada casi hace que me lastime, increíble lo mal cuidada que está esta sucursal.
The worst branch of Scotiabank that has touched me. After doing 3 hours in line they tell me that the process cannot be done at this branch. I request to speak with the manager and this one outside providing solutions handles a more hostile treatment. Too bad Scotiabank has reduced both in quality, one less customer. In addition, the rusty infrastructure almost hurts me, incredible how poorly maintained this branch is.
