★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su cajero se trabo el día 4 de julio, cuando estaba por terminar mi transacción , retuvo mi tarjeta, la tuve que reportar para que la bloquearan temporalmente ;me indicaron por teléfono, se comunica de atención a clientes a sucursal y dicen que si tienen mi tarjeta que tengo que pasar por ella: NO INFORMAN CUANTOS DÍAS PUEDEN RETENER LA TARJETA, ahora me dicen que solo un día pueden tenerla de lo contrario es destruida como si yo tuviera el tiempo para estar pasando por la tarjeta ,y ahora yo tengo que pagar la reposición de algo que yo no tuve la culpa y son sus cajeros que están pésimos, a otra persona en ese mismo cajero no le dio el efectivo que saco y tuvo que meter una aclaración para que se lo devolvieran, el PROBLEMA son sus cajeros y la gente de ahí que no dan soluciones, solo dan información y ni eso saben hacer bien PESIMA SUCURSAL.

PESIMA SUCURSAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio. Sobre todo de Manuel. Estuvo haciendo tiempo para que dieran las 4 porque ya no quería dar servicio. Esperé una hora para que no me quisiera atender. Igualmente antes de mí, la señora 1 hora esperando a que terminara de platicar. Muy mal servicio.
The worst service. Especially from Manuel. He was making time for 4 o'clock because he no longer wanted to give service. I waited an hour for him not to want to see me. Also before me, the lady 1 hour waiting for me to finish talking. Very poor service.

Tardas horas en que los ejecutivos te atiendan, y muchas veces los ejecutivos se la pasan platicando con clientes sobre cosas que nada que ver con sus cuentas bancarias, y el sistema siempre está lento! Cada que voy pierdo varias horas, por eso ya cancelé mi cuenta con ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saqué mi crédito hipotecario con ellos pero en general el servicio deja mucho que desear. (1) tardé más de 3 hrs en abrir una cuenta (2) fui 2 ó 3 veces para hacer depósitos y se había caído el sistema. Y nada sucede si se cae el sistema (3) en los estados de cuenta me ponen que el 70% de lo que pago es 'Pago de préstamo' cuando claramente son los intereses y esto lo hacen con el fin de no pagar impuestos. No les recomiendo hacer nada con ellos. Tramposos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo voy a este banco porque ahí aperturé mi cuenta y es el más cercano a mi domicilio.
Pero ooooodio ir a tramitar cosas porque son súper lentos, generalmente hay poco personal.
Hoy estuve 2 horas en lista de espera y no logré que me atendieran para una simple reposición de tarjeta
