★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lento cuando llegue no habia mas que 6 personas adentro(3 en cajas y 3 con los asesores) me mantuvieron afuera cerca de media hora y eso no fue lo peor si no que antes de mi, dejaron pasar a dos personas a las cajas, que es adonde yo iba, muy amables pero sin respeto a las personas que no conocen por que a las que conocen las dejan pasar antes que a ti!!!
Too slow when I arrived there were only 6 people inside (3 in boxes and 3 with the advisors) they kept me outside for about half an hour and that was not the worst, but before me, they let two people pass to the boxes, That is where I was going, very kind but without respect for people they do not know because they let them pass before you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pff el servicio de ejecutivos es pésimo. Nunca me había tocado esperar más de una hora y que solo uno atendiera a un solo cliente. Ni siquiera son para salir y decirte un estatus de si hay otro compañero o si el tramite tardará mucho. Las dos veces que fui para ser cliente y pasó exactamente lo mismo. Pareciera que no le conviene atender.
Pff the executive service is lousy. I have never had to wait more than an hour and have only one serve a single customer. They are not even to go out and tell you a status of whether there is another colleague or if the process will take a long time. Both times I went to be a customer and the exact same thing happened. It seems that it is not convenient to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer 24 de marzo del presente año, me dirigí a ésta sucursal ( Scotiabank) ubicada en Plaza Zapamundi, en Miramontes, Alcaldía de Coyoacán, a realizar una operación bancaria y me encontré con una situación nada agradable. La cajera de nombre Indira, con acento extranjero, hacía comentarios de tipo político en contra de el presidente de México. Y lo hacía en voz alta en contra del primer mandatario con la intención de hacer proselitismo. Ojalá que el gerente de ésta sucursal tome cartas en este asunto y evite este tipo de comentarios. Les agradezco la atención.
Yesterday, March 24 of this year, I went to this branch (Scotiabank) located in Plaza Zapamundi, in Miramontes, Mayor's Office of Coyoacán, to carry out a banking operation and I found myself with a not very pleasant situation. The cashier named Indira, with a foreign accent, made political comments against the president of Mexico. And he did it out loud against the president with the intention of proselytizing.
