Terrible service, from this branch and Scotiabank as a bank, in this branch they made me do 2 laps for the same matter why they had not done it correctly, their staff is not properly trained

The cashier was very friendly, and although I did not deal with the manager, I saw how she treated people and is kind, helpful and clear in her instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio de ejecutivos te hacen esperar demasiado y todo lo quieren arreglar por teléfono y todavía algunos no estan haciendo nada y están en el celular y no te entienden.
It is a terrible service from executives they make you wait too long and they want to fix everything over the phone and still some are not doing anything and are on the cell phone and do not understand you.
