Poca intención de ayudar al cliente, están platicando de temas personales mientras los clientes nos dejan en largos tiempos de espera. Eso si a un cliente extranjero, lo atendió directamente la gerente resolviendo en un par de minutos su problema. Es una pena ver este tipo de servicios en nuestro país. Normalmente uno va a los bancos y suele haber mucha burocracia o dudas que se quedan sin resolver, pero la Lic. María José pudo responderlas y solucionar todo. Definitivamente es mi sucursal favorita, porque se nota el buen ambiente en la sucursal. Siempre tratan de ser rápidos con los clientes para cajas, y eso ayuda a no pasar el tiempo esperando a ser atendido. Mis respetos y felicitaciones para la Gerente y los colaboradores. Con bancos así de eficaces, ya no es un dolor de cabeza ir al banco jajaja Definitely the best Bank Manager that I have ever had. Lic. Después de un buen rato esperando, le pregunto al encargado y me dice que nada mas que acabe de mandar sus correos, me atiende, otros 20 minutos a esperarlo (en total 40) para que haga el trabajo que deberían de hacer cuando no haya clientes. Con razón la sucursal vacía, pésimo servicio y actitud del encargado Sr. Andrés Lizárraga. Very bad service. The "manager" and the other executive doing administrative work and not serving customers.
