Bank wide, clean and good parking. The cashiers cater quickly, but I think they need to be a little more helpful, in terms of kindness and dealing with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estos cajeros o siempre tiene una larga fila y siempre fallan sus cajeros solo sirve uno o ninguno ? tuve que ir a Banregio en domingo a retirar estás personas pasaron horas enteras en el cajero nose si eran inmigrantes o de la costa pero fue una larga fila varios de ellos traían varias tarjetas uno solo se tardó más de 20 min y lo peor es que solo servía un cajero muy pero muy mal servicio
In these ATMs or there is always a long line and their ATMs always fail, only one or none serves ? I had to go to Banregio on Sunday to withdraw these people spent whole hours at the ATM I don't know if they were immigrants or from the coast but it was a long line several of them brought several cards one only took more than 20 min and the worst thing is that only one ATM served very, very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención al cliente. Sin indicaciones claras. Es fácil hacer fila dioquis para que al final te manden con un ejecutivo a hacer fila nuevamente. Evítate perder el tiempo. En horas pico solo 1 cajera.
Terrible customer service. No clear indications. It is easy to queue dioquis so that in the end they send you with an executive to queue again. Avoid wasting time. In peak hours only 1 cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez mas, una pesima experiencia. Una sola caja abierta para 10 personas en linea. La primera persona en linea tardo 20 minutos. La vez pasada lo mismo. Y la gerente nomas se pasea sin hacer nada al respecto. Pesima atencion
Once again, a bad experience. A single open box for 10 people in line. The first person in line takes 20 minutes. Same thing last time. And the manager just walks around doing nothing about it. lousy attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope they treat their clients better than their potential clients. I withdrew 9000 pesos from their ATM on a Sunday. The problem is that it only gave me 3,400 pesos while deducting 9,000 from my bank account. So I had to go back on Monday. The employees couldn't keep their story straight. First, the teller told me that I couldn't withdraw that quantity of cash because I don't have a Scotiabank account. (Not true -- I've withdrawn that amount before from the same ATM). Second, the service attendant encouraged me to check my transactions and show her. I pulled up my transactions on my laptop to show that I my account was charged 9000 pesos yesterday, with no reimbursements. It didn't matter to the manager of this branch. He told me there was nothing they could do, that I'd have to take it up with my bank. He wasn't the least bit concerned that his ATM malfunctioned and robbed someone. He acted as if this was something that happens all the time and was no big deal. Scotiabank did eventually reimburse me the pesos, but the unconcerned attitude of this branch was disturbing. I will not go back, and I certainly won't open an account here.
