Muitos dizem que são nossos irmãos de língua hispânica, e eu concordo. A culinária mexicana é saborosa e ímpar, conhecida mundialmente, mas é só lá que se aprecia a autêntica gastronomia no ambiente de sua concepção. Não sei dizer exatamente o que é, mas para saborear a autêntica culinária local é preciso reunir outros ingredientes, como as pessoas, a atmosfera, os rituais e a cultura local. E, na minha opinião, isso vale para qualquer lugar do mundo.
Mexico is fascinating. Starting with its capital, Mexico City offers good experiences for those who like to explore a metropolis. Mixing the old with the modern, preserving and spreading your culture wherever you go, the Mexican people are very receptive, hospitable and kind. Many say they are our Spanish-speaking brothers, and I agree. Mexican cuisine is tasty and unique, known worldwide, but it is only there that you can appreciate authentic cuisine in the environment of its design. I can't say exactly what it is, but to taste the authentic local cuisine, you need to gather other ingredients, such as the people, the atmosphere, the rituals and the local culture. And, in my opinion, that goes for any place in the world.
