★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención a clientes y no solo por teléfono, solo había un ejecutivo se tardo más de una hora con una sola persona termino de atenderla y ya no paso a nadie más en la siguiente media hora, fue a tirar basura, regreso a platicar con otra trabajadora, atendió primero a una clienta que llego después de las dos personas que estábamos. Un asco de servicio. La próxima vez que asista a una sucursal sera para dar de baja mi cuenta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto entras nadie te recibe la gerente es grosera y muy déspota me atendió y no me dejaba terminar de hablar y contestaba el teléfono se paraba para dar indicaciones y en cuanto pude expresar mi pregunta me imprimió unas hojas tomo mi ticke del estacionamiento lo sello y me dijo que en esas hojas venía las aclaraciónes a mis preguntas.
Terrible service as soon as you enter no one receives you the manager is rude and very despotic she attended me and did not let me finish speaking and answered the phone she stopped to give directions and as soon as I could express my question she printed some sheets I took my ticket from the parking lot stamp and told me that in those sheets came the clarifications to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empleadas MUY GROSERAS, prepotentes y asquerosas en el aspecto en la atención al cliente. Scotiabank desmerece su servicio al contratar gente tan horrible como el personal que trabaja ahí (tanto cajeras, como ejecutivos y gerente).
Hacen mal el trabajo, y no se hacen responsables por sus fallas al a hacer depósitos, las aclaraciones quedan fuera de lugar, porque son irrazonables.
Por mi, ni siquiera pondría 1 estrella, se merecen menos de eso.
Es mejor ir más lejos a un banco diferente que volver a solicitar atención ahí.
VERY RUDE, pushy and disgusting in customer service aspect. Scotiabank detracts from its service by hiring people as horrible as the staff that work there (cashiers, executives and managers alike).
They do the job poorly, and are not responsible for their failures to make deposits, clarifications are out of place, because they are unreasonable.
For me, I would not even put 1 star, they deserve less than that.
It is better to go further to a different bank than to seek care there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues amig@s es un banco, los cajeros son muy lentos, hay 3 cajeros por lo regular siempre hay solo uno funcionando, el que está a lado del estacionamiento, ahora la atención deben de mejorar, a si que igual amigos de Scotia, pueden ir a un Coppel (comisión de $10), BanBajio, Multiva, Inbursa sin comisión

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor, 3 horas para reposición de tarjeta, y al final me diga la gerente que ya no hay plasticos, háganme el bendito favor... Luego le citan en 5 días y resulta que dice la cajera que no me sabe decir que día llegará mi tarjeta alcabo mi tiempo no vale nada verdad!?
