★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que salí sorprendido, realicé la apertura de una cuenta, no había mucha gente, la señorita ejecutiva se portó muy amable y atenta y en general todo muy bien, tal vez el único detalle es que cuentan son un solo cajero, pero a nivel de servicio no tengo ninguna queja.
 The truth is that I was surprised, I opened an account, there were not many people, the executive lady was very friendly and attentive and in general everything was very good, perhaps the only detail is that they have only one cashier, but at service level I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se pueden hacer transferencias bancarias internacionales. Llevo al menos 30 dias hábiles y 3 cobros (eso si saben hacer) para cada error que tienen. El servicio internacional telefónico te regresa a la sucursal diciendo que ellos tienen un equipo de apoyo. No puedo sacar mi dinero ya que toma 30 dias hábiles para regresarse (y obvio de ahi jinetean el dinero para ellos mismos, deberían dar un interés por mantener literalmente el dinero en cuenta de ellos). Pésimo banco.
International bank transfers cannot be made. I've had at least 30 business days and 3 charges (that's if they know how to do it) for each error they have. The international telephone service returns you to the branch saying that they have a support team. I can't withdraw my money since it takes 30 business days to return it (and of course they take the money for themselves, they should give interest to literally keep the money in their account). Terrible bank.
