 Do not use this bank but if you already have no other one, look for another branch, it is terrible or come with a lot of patience and desire to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, los ejecutivos están para servir y brindar atención al cliente, lo cual queda a deber. Son déspotas y poco eficientes.
Los cajeros son una porquería, nunca sirve por lo menos 1 (de dos), y su sistema es lento además de confuso.
No recomiendo el banco y mucho menos la sucursal, así que, de preferencia evitenla y acudan a otra.
Terrible attention, the executives are there to serve and provide customer service, which is a duty. They are despotic and inefficient.
ATMs are crap, they never serve at least 1 (out of two), and their system is slow as well as confusing.
I do not recommend the bank and much less the branch, so preferably avoid it and go to another.

Tarde 3 horas en que me atendieran y terminaron diciendo que enviara un correo, a una dirección de emil. Así lo hice y me respondieron que tengo que hacerlo desde la sucursal. En verdad es pésimo el servicio!!!
Staff training is lacking. They are very slow to attend and their processes are unclear.
It took 3 hours for them to attend to me and they ended up telling me to send an email, to an address of emil. I did so and they replied that I have to do it from the branch. The service is really terrible !!!

Terrible service, they take a long time at the window to advance and once there they bother to serve you, the cashier never works and the parking lot is chaotic

Marqué al Call Center y me dijeron que mi trámite lo podían hacer en cualquier sucursal, que no debieron negarme el servicio. No resuelven nada, personal poco capacitado y super groseros
Terrible attention. Due to laziness and not wanting to work, they tell you that you have to go to your branch of origin, when it is not true. I called the Call Center and they told me that my procedure could be done at any branch, that they shouldn't have denied me the service. They do not solve anything, poorly trained and super rude staff
