C	Camillas Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, estoy en la fila y observe como hicieron formarse a dos mujeres embarazadas y una persona de la tercera edad y dandole entrada a una Persona joven (entiendo que talvez maneja algún tipo de cuenta con privilegios) y que no todos manejamos esas cuentas pero creo que también se les debería de dar algún acceso rápido a las embarazadas y personas de la tercera edad como en otros bancos si lo hacen evitaré ya no usar su banco en lo medida mayor posible Terrible, I am in line and observe how they made two pregnant women and an elderly person train and admit a young person (I understand that maybe he manages some type of account with privileges) and that not all of us manage those accounts but I think that they should also be given some quick access to pregnant women and the elderly as in other banks, if they do, I will avoid not using their bank as much as possible

El personal no brinda apoyo en estos casos por no ser cliente y tienes que esperar ahí hasta que se reembolse en tu cuenta. El personal menciono no poder abrir el cajero, pero se sabe de sobra que si. Pésimo servicio por parte del personal del banco. Cancelaron mi cuenta sin previamente contactarme, el único correo que recibí de la sucursal fue para notificarme de que la cuenta había sido cerrada por "medidas de seguridad." Al asistir a sucursal para recoger el cheque, se negaron a dármelo adjuntándose a la excusa de que "no podían encontrarlo." Me dieron largas y ninguna solución, robándome casi diez mil pesos. En este caso no hay clientes, nos hacen esperar afuera y además se avientan más de 20 minutos platicando (recepcionista y la de cuentas). L	L C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El problema de los cajeros en con todos los bancos, a veces no entregan el efectivo o pero cuando depositas se re-inicia, ojo, si llamas a la línea telefónica el proceso de aclaración es muy largo, en mi caso tuve que ir casi a quedarme todo el día a esperar a que revisaran los cajeros y hacer presión, pero se nota las pocas ganas de ayudar, no tengo duda de que cuando sobra dinero alguno no lo reportan y se lo quedan ellos mismos. Con Norma es complicado, creo que no tiene el perfil para estar en recepción.
