Recepción pues ahí si me fallaron, no había nadie recepcionando.
Tiempo de espera, si se tardaron bastante.
Higiene excelente, me dieron toallitas desechables para limpiar mis manos antes de proporcionar mis biométricos.
Al final salí contento porque me trataron muy bien, fue muy rápido el trámite de apertura y sabían hacer su trabajo muy bien, incluso ya cuando habían cerrado el ejecutivo me ayudó personalmente a configurar la aplicación y la tarjeta, así hasta da gusto ir al banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy, una sola ejecutiva, en atención a clientes para atender a una fila de 7, además no alcanzan sus 3 silloncitos en su sala de espera para todos, si decides esperar a que se desocupen los ejecutivos por horas en sus salitas de atención por supuesto vacías, llega las ejecutivas te encienden el aire a 11 grados Centígrados, como para que? Será apropósito? Por qué el afán de incomodar? En lugar que mejoren.
