★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapido para pagar cosas y amables aunque con tarjetas de credito son bien exigentes, deberian ponerles cajeros para pagos/depositos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos son muy amables, el gran problema es que es muy lento el servicio por haber poco personal, hoy vine por el cambio de una tarjeta de débito, llegué a las 10:30 y ahorita a las 12:10 aún no terminan el trámite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay poco personal y se saturan las cajas entiendo que es tema de Covid19 pero deberían organizar mejor las operaciones en las cajas. Trato de las cajeras muy bueno.
There are few personnel and the boxes are saturated, I understand that it is a Covid19 issue but they should better organize the operations in the boxes. Treatment of the cashiers very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es más grande comparada con otras del mismo banco, por lo que haces la fila dentro del mismo lugar. No estoy de acuerdo con que sólo tengan una caja funcionando y que no tengan practicajas, así que procura ir con el tiempo suficiente para tus pendientes.
The branch is larger compared to others of the same bank, so you make the queue within the same place. I do not agree that they only have a working box and that they do not have practices, so try to go with enough time for your earrings.
