★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a recoger una tarjeta que desde el lunes se me indico que ya podía ir por ella, y no fue verdad, se levantó otro folio para que la envíen en 5 días hábiles. Porque no la han enviado, solo engañan y ya no tienen confiabilidad en lo que dicen.
Esta sucursal no existe en el Banco Scotiabank, los ejecutivos no localizan en el sistema de sucursales, la sucursal, SUS PROPIAS SUCURSALES. Xd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Intenté abrir una cuenta el día de hoy pero estaban en junta todos los ejecutivos, ¿no sería mejor que la hicieran al cierre de la hora en que atienden a los clientes? Y la gerente después de acabar momentáneamente su junta se encerró con otra mujer a comadrear y los ejecutivos a hablar mal de la jefa. Vaya banco. Por lo visto, es la CONSTANTE de mal servicio en Scotiabank. Si así es antes de ser cliente, no quiero cómo será cuando tengas que ir a reclamarles algo.
Terrible service. I tried to open an account today but all the executives were together, wouldn't it be better to do it at the close of the time they serve customers? And the manager after finishing his meeting momentarily locked himself up with another woman to comadrear and executives to speak ill of the boss. What a bank. Apparently, it is the CONSTANT of bad service in Scotiabank. If this is the case before being a customer, I don't want to know what it will be like when you have to go to claim something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. 3h30 para abrir una cuenta básica! 1h de espera porque solo había un ejecutivo y luego 2h30 con él por x razones: compu scanners internet que no funcionan + él atendiendo otros temas porque ni un-a colega lo podía ayudar... Ni un vaso de agua o disculpa ofrecen ... y la mala educación de los empleados en ventanilla ni se diga.
Terrible service. 3h30 to open a basic account! 1h wait because there was only one executive and then 2h30 with him for x reasons: computer scanners internet that do not work + he attending to other issues because not a colleague could help him ... not a glass of water or apology offered .. . and the rudeness of the employees at the window.
