★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sigo sin entender, porque un ejecutivo tarda una eternidad, para aperurar una cuenta, resolver una simple respuesta, así como es que el reemplazo de una tarjeta de débito, se tenga que triangular, ¿de que sirve tanta tecnología, enlaces y todo termina siendo muy, pero muy lento?
 I still do not understand, because an executive takes forever to open an account, solve a simple answer, just as it is that the replacement of a debit card has to be triangulated, what is the use of so much technology, links and everything ends up being very, very slow?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que trabajan en esta sucursal no estan capacitadas para trabajar en costumer service. Fui por un remplazo de tarjeta de débito y no “pudieron” ayudarme por que no mi sucursal en la cual abrí mi cuenta no abre los fines de semana y no se que información necesitaban de ellos para sacar mi información!? Ofrecí tres diferentes tipos de identificación y no fue suficiente! Trabajo entre semana como la mayoría de la gente. Esperaba que me dijeran culés eran mis opciones, no lo que NO PUEDEN HACER! Pésimo servicio y actitud de las mujeres que trabajan en esta sucursal jamás regresaré a este lugar.
The people who work in this branch are not trained to work in costumer service. I went for a debit card replacement and they “couldn't” help me because my branch where I opened my account doesn't open on weekends and I don't know what information they needed from them to get my information !? I offered three different types of identification and it was not enough! I work midweek like most people. I was hoping they would tell me what my options were, not what they CANNOT DO! Terrible service and attitude of the women who work at this branch I will never return to this place.

Muy grosera, vulgar, atiende de mal genio, y no es capaz de ofrecer asesoría y dar una buena atención, se notan sus problemas en casa pero ningún cliente debería saberlo. Si tanto odias tú trabajo estudia, aún estás a tiempo. Mala imagen para Scotiabank.
Terrible customer service, I can not speak for all the ladies cashiers but for the fat * bad makeup of box 2 MARIANA. Very rude, vulgar, attends with a bad temper, and is not able to offer advice and give good attention, her problems are noticed at home but no client should know it. If you hate your job so much, study, you still have time. Bad image for Scotiabank.

Definitivamente, nada recomendable este pseudobanco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prácticaja no da recibo de depósito y en la sucursal no te ayudan para nada , según ellos no tienen acceso a nada que ver con los cajeros , en palabras del subgerente una cosa es el banco y otra los cajeros. ? No hagan depósitos ahí.
