★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. Siguen protocolos ante la pandemia. Tienen acuerdos con Inverlat, y otros bancos para retiro de dinero en cajeros sin cobro por el servicio.
Very good service. They follow protocols before the pandemic. They have agreements with Inverlat, and other banks to withdraw money at ATMs without charge for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una actitud nefasta tanto en el call center como en su sucursal. Sus empleados con una actitud que se ve que no les gusta estar ahí. Las dos veces que he ido llegan personas reclamando y/o enojadas
ahora veo porque. La única amable es la señorita de limpieza. Que pena por ustedes!! No abran cuentas en scotiabank. Definitivamente me voy a cambiar de banco porque son poco amables y serviciales no te dan ganas de regresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de tener 6 ventanillas desde que he venido a esta sucursal siempre ha habido solo 2 trabajando, un servicio super lento y pésimo. Como que se mantienen trabajando con lo mínimo mientras a todos los que acudimos nos cuesta mucho tiempo de espera.
Despite having 6 windows since I have come to this branch there have always been only 2 working, a super slow and terrible service. As they keep working with the minimum while all of us who go to it costs a lot of waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para todo son filas y son lentos, los cajeros tienen pésima actitud y servicio, el gerente no estaba, salió de la oficina y tardo más de 2 hrs en regresar, tienen 6 cajas y solo 2 cajeros, 1 solo ejecutivo de cuenta, son malísimos, el lugar tiene estacionamiento sin costo, banco cero recomendable.
