★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay.There is a new, large section that I haven't seen much. It includes a luxury bowling alley.
My photos from November 2017 weren't taken at Plaza Cuernavaca. They were taken about 100 meters south in a 'barrio popular' called 'Patios de la Estación'. If I could figure out how to move them, I would.
Anyway, the streets (and infrastructure in general) in Cuernavaca have been deteriorating for years to the point where some street are impassable. Officially, no one knows what happens to all the money but it's not being spend on civic maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little food court with McDonald's on the side (kind of hi dden off to the side) lots of little stores plus Sears & supermarket. Park underneath. Very convenient. Other Restaurants too, & ice cream, crepes, Desserts, Sanborn's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to go shopping. You can find different stores and a variety of fast food joints in the food court. They usually have live music, or some type of art exhibit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and open plaza that sets itself apart from your normal mall with its little city charm. You'll find hobby stores, clothes, several food options and the Plaza regularly schedules acts and musicians. It's in a very accesible part of town and the parking lot is ample. Other services such as banks are also available, and it's clean and accesible for people with need of a wheelchair.
