Terrible service I went very early so that my matter would be quick and they tell me to come back another day, as if one had their time and from there you add that each visit is to pay for parking, stupid people without empathy those who really work there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion fui a recoger una tarjeta y nadie te atiende a pesar de que los vees desocupados y aparte le agregas la forma en que van vestidos el personal que labora,para trabajar en una institucion bancaria al menos que lleven zapatos y no chanclas
Terrible attention I went to pick up a card and nobody attends to you even though you see them unemployed and apart you add the way the staff that works are dressed, to work in a banking institution unless they wear shoes and not flip flops

Una señorita creo era Brazileña (no era mexicana) y otro compañero, ambos asesores y trabajadores de scotiabank, se burlaban de los clientes que intentaban abrir una puerta que ellos tenían cerrada para entrar al banco y no veían el acceso porque todo es de vidrio.
They told us that this branch does not provide the service of processing children's cards.
I think one lady was Brazilian (she was not Mexican) and another colleague, both advisors and Scotiabank workers, made fun of customers who tried to open a door that they had closed to enter the bank and did not see the access because everything is made of glass.
