Eviten en lo posible el tener trato con la institución The WORST BANK that can exist and I am not referring to the branch, that is the entire bank. Avoid dealing with the institution as much as possible.

Si tienes dudas o algún problema prepárate para ser frustrado. The employees are good people but they don't know much about how their bank works. It is my branch but I no longer enter. If you have doubts or problems, prepare to be frustrated.

P	Paul Guthrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian Scotiabank customers stay away this is just a brand name and the staff don't care that you are a Scotiabank customer in Canada - it won't help you. Judith one of the tellers was very rude and unhelpful. We wanted to change some money and all she would say was "we are on a different system" and brushed me off. I went a few doors down to Banamex and got great service to exchange money.
A	Amin B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, one cashier in front while a huge line up waiting for more than 1h for a simple transaction, bad hours of opening only from 8:30-4 monday to sunday while other banks open until 9pm and also on weekends. Very bad exchange rate. Can’t do international payments online with debit card, everytime need to call customer service and spend half an hour with them to allow the transaction! One time I had a refund from a seller with proud of refund that I showed them, they said they never received it never got my money back on my account. Conclusion: not recommended at all, you better take your money somewhere else!
