★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, nadie te sabe decir algo exacto, te dicen una cosa y luego otra, no se ponen de acuerdo entre ellos, pesima organización. Ni hablar de su atrasados métodos, tienen la aplicación móvil y web para "facilitarte" las cosas pero al final casi TODO es ir a la sucursal, no tiene sentido tener aplicación si casi nada se puede hacer desde ella.
Terrible service, nobody knows how to tell you something exactly, they tell you one thing and then another, they don't agree with each other, terrible organization. Not to mention their backward methods, they have the mobile and web application to "facilitate" things but in the end almost EVERYTHING is going to the branch, it makes no sense to have an application if almost nothing can be done from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres horas para atender a cuatro personas antes que yo. Tuve que ir cuatro veces en distintos días por el mismo problema. Y en esos cuatro días tardaron entre dos o tres horas para atender de 3 a 5 personas.
Three hours to serve four people before me. I had to go four times on different days for the same problem. And in those four days it took between two or three hours to attend 3 to 5 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacar una cuenta de banco y meter todos mis ahorros y no habia nadie nunca me atendieron salio una persona a los 30 min y me dijo espere, parecía abandonado y siempre esta asi, pésimo servicio no recomendable
I went to get a bank account and put all my savings and there was no one, they never attended me a person came out after 30 min and told me wait, it seemed abandoned and it is always like that, terrible service not recommended

Lousy attention! Cashiers are super slow, managers are never around. To open an account I had to wait 4(!!!) hours! A shame!
