How is it possible that being Tulum they have lousy service... Only one box in service...
They need to hire more staff...
They never open here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here and get ripped off. $35 usd charge to get pesos. They tell you they are going to charge a couple dollars, but that is not the case. Banamex and banorte are way safer atms to use in Mexico. It shouldn't cost you more than $10 usd to get money out.
