A	AGENTE ORANGE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para abrir una cuenta, leí las características previamente por la página web, al llegar a realizar el trámite nadie sabía de lo que hablaba, me ofrecieron un producto distinto al que yo buscaba, al aceptarlo me mandan a una aprobación como si se tratara de un crédito, yo quería una cuenta de débito , me tuvieron más de dos horas perdiendo el tiempo y me pidieron regresará dos días después.....fui después a HSBC y en 20 minutos me abrieron la cuenta con características parecidas a la que originalmente buscaba. Muy mal Scotiabank, ahora si me creo los cuentos de fraude por parte de ustedes en Argentina I went to open an account, I read the features previously through the website, when I got to complete the process, nobody knew what I was talking about, they offered me a different product than what I was looking for, by accepting it they sent me for approval as if it were a credit, I wanted a debit account, they had more than two hours wasting my time and asked me to come back two days later ..... Sin embargo ya no aguanté más, pues en ése tiempo los ejecutivos atendieron a sólo 3 personas, me cansé y ya no pude esperar más, pues debía atender otros asuntos. Nunca pude siquiera ingresar. El ejecutivo que me atendió lo hizo de muy mala gana, parecía que no quería atenderme y no me quiso ayudar a abrir una cuenta por que llevaba pasaporte en lugar de INE. Estaba mas preocupado por venderme la potabilidad de nomina. Fui a otra sucursal (Gustavo Baz) y ahí si me atendieron bien. Terrible service. V	Viviana A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cierra a las 16:00 no a las 17:00 para que no den la vuelta en vano como yo 3 ejecutivos de cuenta y solo atiende uno. Casi dos horas esperando y aún no me atienden. Pides que apoyen para que la fila que generaron por no atender a nadie por más de 40 minutos avance y se escudan en que es por la contingencia. Nefasto en verdad, jamás vuelvo a su sucursal.
