★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor banco que he visto hasta ahorita en Santa Catarina. Son muy amables y te ayudan con cualquiera duda la mayoría de el personal. Muy limpio el lugar y te atienden super bien.
The best bank I've seen so far in Santa Catarina. They are very friendly and help you with any doubt most of the staff. The place is very clean and they serve you very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, informacion encapsulada (por lo que sino saben de lo que preguntas no te atienden), te dejan esperando sin informacion de tiempo estimado de atencion ni si hay algun asesor que te pueda atender. Mal servicio presencial en general.
Slow service, encapsulated information (so if you do not know what questions are not being answered), they leave you waiting without information about the estimated time of attendance or if there is an advisor who can assist you. Bad face-to-face service in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el cajero que se llama Cristian tardo casi una hora es hacer el depósito de dos cheques a mi cuenta. Gente sin capacitación y súper lenta.
Terrible service, the teller called Cristian takes almost an hour to make the deposit of two checks to my account. People without training and super slow.

Siempre está funcionando solo 1 caja y 1 ejecutivo. El tiempo de atención es de hasta 30 minutos , a eso haya que sumarle el tiempo en que tarden en hacer la transacción.
Very slow attention.
Only 1 box and 1 executive is always working. The attention time is up to 30 minutes, to that must be added the time it takes to make the transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay 3 oficinas pero solo un asesor atendiendo. En tiempos de Covid no puede estar la gente tanto tiempo esperando.
Al momento de este Review llego 1 hora esperando, y solo han atendido a 1 persona.

There are 3 offices but only one consultant serving. In times of Covid, people cannot wait that long.
