Fui de las primeras en llegar y nunca me atendieron ni me dieron solución
La sucursal toda sucia y no siguen los protocolos de salubridad
Las empleadas prefieren estar hablando y hechando chisme que atender.
Pésimo servicio

I was one of the first to arrive and they never attended to me or gave me a solution
The branch all dirty and they do not follow the health protocols
Employees would rather be talking and gossiping than attending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un banco muy lento ponen a 1 solo cajero se la bañan pesimo servicio y el gerente en vez de agilizar o poner otro cajero se dedica a molestar o fijarse solo en la fila moverla adentro del banco y asta saca gente afuera para hacer fila pesimo servicio cajeros muy lentos y no puede ser posible que atienda 1 solo cajero y muy lentoooool no lo recomiendo pésimos 1 hora para hacer 2 deposito pesimos
A very slow bank puts only 1 cashier, they bathe it terrible service and the manager instead of speeding up or putting another cashier is dedicated to bothering or looking only at the line, move it inside the bank and even take people out to queue terrible ATM service very slow and it may not be possible for only 1 ATM to attend and very slowooool I do not recommend it very bad 1 hour to make 2 deposit very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca esta la Gerente, solo una ejecutiva (Esther) que no tiene las competencias para solucionar cosas, además ofrece servicios innecesarios y pone trabas para aperturar cuentas ofreciendo seguros y posponiendo supuestamente para pedir “autorizaciones” para aperturar cuenta, solo necesito mi cuenta para pagar mi crédito supuestamente “gratuita”
The Manager is never there, only an executive (Esther) who does not have the skills to solve things, also offers unnecessary services and makes it difficult to open accounts by offering insurance and supposedly postponing to request "authorizations" to open an account, I only need my account to pay my supposedly “free” credit
