★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajadores no son eficientes atiende de mala gana son muy webones es lunes y no tienen sistema los viernes ni te atienden llevo dos años de cliente en ese banco y siempre a Sido lo mismo pésimo sistema y atención deberían de hacer un cambio de personal completo
The workers are not efficient, they serve reluctantly, they are very webones, it's Monday, and they don't have a system on Fridays, nor do they serve you, I've been a client for two years at that bank and it's always been the same, terrible system and attention, they should make a complete personnel change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi Esposo levantó una queja por unos cargos no reconocidos y el ejecutivo no supo levantar la queja y la puso por deterioro de tarjeta, en lugar de poner por fraude ahora el banco se niega a reconocer su error y le dicen que no procede su queja y no nos hacen caso y en el banco lo han traído vuelta y vuelta y en el teléfono de la aplicación lo dejan esperando hasta por 1 hora pésimo servicio y peor aún se comprometen a mandarte tu estatus por correo electrónico y nunca nos mandaron nada no tienen ninguna empatía, actitud y un muy mal servicio.
My husband filed a complaint for some unrecognized charges and the executive did not know how to file the complaint and filed it for card deterioration, instead of filing for fraud, now the bank refuses to acknowledge their error and they tell him that his complaint is not appropriate and They ignore us and at the bank they have brought it back and forth and on the application phone they leave it waiting for up to 1 hour lousy service and worse still they promise to send you your status by email and they never sent us anything they don't have any empathy, attitude and a very poor service.
