★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this machine. It charged me $12 per each $100 I pulled. It asks you if you accept the conversion rate. If you say no it continues with the transaction. It also asks you if you need more time to decide. I'm guessing it might try to keep your card. At least from what I've seen in other reviews. Just putting this up as a warning for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went here yesterday to take some cash and it worked with no problem at all. I have bank of america back in US and if I use it here at Scotiabank ATM then there is no $5 per usage fee. However there was an international transaction fee of $6.08 (3% of amount) which is listed under BOA terms. I got a very good exchange rate directly from the bank. $202.65 + $6.08 USD gave me $4000 MXN. I did have to press decline conversion at the end screen else it would give me the following conversion $225 USD = $4000 MXN. Well, I am happy with the total rate (including transaction fee) = $1USD=$19.16MXN. The local currency exchange cambias here have an ongoing rate of $1USD=$18.xx MXN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked fine. Same fee roughly for foreign transactions as other Scotiabank ATMs. Decline all the conversion nonsense and it works the same as any other ATM here.
