★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben brindar servicio, tardan mucho, no cumplen con sus promesas, nunca estan disponibles cuando les marcas. Al menos podrían proveer un número directo del surcursal para marcar directo.
They don't know how to provide service, they take too long, they don't keep their promises, they are never available when you dial them. They could at least provide a direct branch number to dial direct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si abren los sábados de 10 a 3 las cajas, la atención es rápida pero deja mucho que desear por parte de las cajeras ya que se molestan por todo.
If the cashiers are open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the service is quick but it leaves a lot to be desired by the cashiers as they get annoyed by everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de parte del personal del banco. Si tienes la necesidad de pasar con un ejecutivo, prepárate para perder mínimo 2 horas de tu vida. No te facilitan nada, todo tiene un pero y les representa un problema.
Terrible service from the bank staff. If you have the need to spend with an executive, prepare to lose at least 2 hours of your life. They do not provide you with anything, everything has a but and it represents a problem for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!!! El cajero se tragó mi tarjeta y me dijeron que tenía que regresar 3 días después y que no se hacían responsables. Mi tarjeta era de otro banco y peor aún porque me dijeron que jamás me la iban a regresar y que era mi problema ver cómo la recuperaba. Estoy muy molesta y decepcionada de Scotia
Terrible service!!!! The cashier swallowed my card and they told me that I had to return 3 days later and that they were not responsible. My card was from another bank and even worse because they told me that they would never return it to me and that it was my problem to see how I recovered it. I am very upset and disappointed in Scotia
