Terrible bank, they charge insurance without direct authorization to the account, the manager has no idea of giving any solution to any doubt or problem, everything is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todosnoos van dos scotiabank es el más lento, cajeras lentas, ejecutivas lentas y lo más cargante es que dam atención más rápido a otra gente. De las 3 cajeras que hay no se hace una. Recomiendo otra sucursal si vas a realizar algún pago por que esta es brutalmente lento
Of all, two scotiabank is the slowest, slow tellers, slow executives and the most burdensome thing is that it gives faster attention to other people. Not one of the 3 cashiers is made. I recommend another branch if you are going to make a payment because it is brutally slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pueden evitar este pseudo banco, háganlo. No me pudieron abrir una cuenta porque su impresora no servía. Fui a otra y no me quiso atender el “ejecutivo “ cuando le expliqué lo sucedido. Por qué no avisan antes si saben que no te resolverán. Creen que el tiempo de uno no vale y no lo respetan. Mejor abriré mi crédito con algún banco que si quiera atenderme. Toda una mañana perdida.
If you can avoid this pseudo bank, do it. They couldn't open an account for me because their printer wasn't working. I went to another and the "executive" did not want to attend me when I explained what happened. Why don't they tell you before if they know they won't solve you. They believe that one's time is not worth it and they do not respect it. Better open my credit with a bank that even wants to serve me. A whole wasted morning.
