★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacar una tarjeta y no me dieron servicio por tener descompuesto el multifuncional y no tenían como imprimir, cuando llegas no hay nadie para atenderte no llevan un buen orden para atender a las personas. El personal que me atendió fue amable pero me quería dar otra tarjeta a la que yo quería, solo porque investigué sabía lo que quería pero a otra persona le dan lo que ellos quieran.
 I went to get a card and they did not give me service for having the multifunctional broken down and they had no way to print, when you arrive there is no one to assist you they do not carry a good order to attend to people. The staff that attended to me was friendly but wanted to give me another card that I wanted, just because I researched I knew what I wanted but someone else gives what they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son personas inconscientes no lo abrieron hasta las 10:30 y las cajas empezaron a cobrar a las 11:30no tuvieron la atención de explicar porque más que tuvieron un problema según , pero estaban esperando que la srta de cajas llegará con las llaves y la gente formada con el bendito sol y todavía la srta de banco dice que por qué no fuimos a otro banco que somos adivinos es pésima la atención que como usuarios recibimos en una área de servicio el empleado debe estar orientadora servir al cliente de forma prioritaria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es lento, ineficiente e ineficaz, yo fui a una reposición de tarjeta y a pesar de que podían hacer el trámite ahí, me querían mandar a otra sucursal más lejana (holgazanes), al final de todo, me atendieron ahí con cara molesta (cuando su trabajo es la atención al cliente) y para colmo por la ineficiencia de la Gerente que se equivocó, me cobró doble el trámite, deberían de recordarle como hacer su trabajo, un trabajo de calidad. NUNCA VUELVO A IR AHI. Situación muy diferente en la sucursal de Ejército Nacional en Polanco, desde los espacios limpios y ordenados, hasta la atención del ejecutivo, quien fue muy amable, rápido y atento, resolvió mis dudas y me orientó amablemente, deberían de tomarlo como ejemplo.

I NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Very different situation in the National Army branch in Polanco, from the clean and orderly spaces, to the attention of the executive, who was very kind, quick and attentive, solved my doubts and gave me kind guidance, they should take this as an example.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pésimo servicio, los dos ejecutivos lentísimos, y el “gerente” nada más contemplando el abismo, una hora perdida ?
Iba por un trámite de tarjeta de nómina, y sus políticas estupidas y sin sentido me hicieron perder una hora, cuando desde el principio de que llegue me pudieron haber dicho que no me podían tramitar la tarjeta de nómina.
Llevo mi carta, INE, y comprobante de domicilio, me salen con que a fuerza necesitan un comprobante de domicilio a mi nombre ? si rento, no puedo tramitar la tarjeta, se me hacen políticas estupidas, si no estoy pidiendo un crédito o tarjeta de crédito, es una tarjeta de débito la que solicite y me la negaron.
Y es por esto que este banco se va a ir a la quiebra, y el bancomer seguirá en la delantera. Pésimo servicio, trato al cliente e ineficiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de una hora para poder abrir una cuenta. Su servicio es muy poco eficiente y contrasta con el de otros bancos.
Otro punto en contra es que todos los cajeros de la sucursal estaban fuera de servicio.
