Esta sucursal de Scotiabank no tiene sistemas de ticket para pasar a ventanillas ni sillas para esperar, sin embargo, para esperar a los asesores hay un par de sillones. Su mobiliario e instalaciones son un poco antiguas comparadas a otros bancos más modernos pero se compensa con la buena calidad de la atención de sus asesores y con que tiene muy pocos clientes por lo que los tiempos de espera son nulos o muy cortos.
A bank like those of yesteryear. This Scotiabank branch does not have ticket systems to go to the windows or chairs to wait, however, to wait for the advisers there are a couple of couches. Its furniture and facilities are a bit old compared to other more modern banks, but it is compensated by the good quality of the service provided by its advisors and by the fact that it has very few clients, so waiting times are zero or very short.

Mientras esperaba, quise consultar la información que ofrecen en la sucursal y en lugar de folletos, escaneas un código QR. Pues una ejecutiva muy grosera me pidió apagar mi celular. ¡Entonces para que implementar lo de los códigos QR!
Very bad treatment. I attended to request information to open an account. While waiting, I wanted to check the information they offer at the branch and instead of brochures, you scan a QR code. Well, a very rude executive asked me to turn off my cell phone. So why implement QR codes!
